Make them Legal. Deport any that have been convicted of serious crimes. Deporting all of them is not a realistic option.

I'd assure all the people that are freaking out about the illegal immigrant "problem" that we are doing all we can to stop the influx. Then, do nothing to change the situation. Because there are way to many benefits to seriously change anything.
Basically keep doing what we're doing. LOL.

First get any of them that have committed crimes other than border jumping here or back home out.
Second, fine the ones left for border hopping and apply that money to border control.
Third, have them all registered to begin paying back any assistance they received while illegal, be it medical, welfare, housing, etc. and use those funds to put them in english and american culture classes. "Today's topic, THIS is the slow lane".
Fourth offer them all a job contributing to the sovereignty of the US (that taxes WILL be taken from), not directly on the border as they would be tempted to accept bribes or let their own families thru.
Fifth, wish them happy trails.
Sound harsh? Harsh is having your own government leave you hanging to defend you and yours in a pool of poverty and crime yet give those criminals grants and free passes from every thing from doctors to college to the grocery store.

Enforce our immigration laws, deport when we catch them. Fine and jail those that hire them. It has never been about the way only the will. If we can send a man to the moon and back, surly we can solve the problem of illegal immigration. Being many are crossing the border from Mexico, with Mexico help and blessing, send Mexico the bills for their care. I know that Mexico will not pay up, but put them on notice that we are sick and tired of them letting their poverty driven people cross to greener pastures

Give them all US citizenship. Why not? At least they would be paying taxes then. Not like they take any jobs people really want. They just mow my yard and feed me greasy Mexican food. If they are taking your job, well then you got bigger problems. Get educated and get specialized.

First.....round them all up...and, yes, we do know where most of them are.....they are in these towns that are trying to enforce the laws and they are fighting, with our tax dollars...they are on the job sites that they loiter on the streets for.....their children go to our schools...they use our health/medical facilities.....they are sitting in our welfare offices every day....should I go on...now, what would be so hard about rounding them up and deporting them? We can use the money that they are using, to fight our citizens and government for the rights to be here, to deport them.....I am sure many LEGAL AMERICANS will help provide transportation where they can be driven and the rest can be put on planes, boats, whatever.....then, let them get in line with the rest of the world that wants to come here, and do it LEGALLY.....maybe they don't understand what that word means....just because they come from a 'LAWLESS' country, they think they can do what they want here.....I think my plan is right there with about 300 million LEGAL AMERICAN TAXPAYERS WHO ARE SICK AND TIRED OF SUPPORTING THESE PEOPLE.....AND ALL THE CHILDREN THEY ARE HAVING IN THIS COUNTRY.....WHICH MAKES THEM CITIZENS, WHICH IS VERY, VERY WRONG.....EVERY AMERICAN TAXPAYER HAS EARNED THE RIGHT TO BE A CITIZEN.....NO ILLEGAL SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO HAVE CHILDREN HERE AND THAT MAKES THEM "LEGAL AMERICANS"..THAT IS SOMETHING ELSE THAT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED.......

Not hire them. Not give them liscences. Not allow them access to any social programs. And, not stop them from returning home on thier own.

We are already doing it, We keep pressure on employers and actually enforce immigration laws. They are getting the picture, they are leaving to other countries where they can obtain more freebies, like Canada

Deport every single one of them. The estimated cost is $260 billion to do it.
I say its money well spent!
If they want to come to the US so badly, then they can do it legally.
