If you buy it already sliced, it won't last long. But, you can keep it in the meat department of your refrigerator, in its original packaging, for about a month and a half. Once its opened, place the salami into a tightly sealed zip lock bag. It will keep up to three weeks without losing its flavor or texture. Sorry, but I've never frozen any.

You can freeze it but the texture of the meat will change.
Its best to eat fresh and not after it has been frozen.
If you have a vacuum sealer you can reseal it and just refrigerate it and will last along time .
