Is there a tool to monitor memory growth or leak within a certain process in Windows?

Question

I know we can monitor "Privates Bytes" and " Working Set" and all that, but i am just wondering if there a tool out there that we can attach to a process which will detect memory leak.

Either using mi if you have the developers kit
