I'm working on a massive spreadsheet, and would like to have a couple of different Fill Bucket buttons, one to quickly shade a row green, another to quickly shade it as "no fill". But I don't believe it's possible to have multiple instances of a button in MS Office. Is it?

I'm running Office 2003.

Thanks,

You can not use two standard button like that to do the same thing two different ways. But you should be able to write a macro (record the clicks need to shade a row green for example) and then create a button that points to and runs the macro. Write one for "green fill" and the other for "no fill".

Microsoft and PCs suck. Buy a Mac and switch to iWork!
