to get Malaysia work visa, you must get a job offer from a company in Malaysia. Malaysian immigration department won't issue one to you without a job offer from a company in Malaysia.

It is extremely difficult for foreigner to get Malaysia permanent residency. you must be the spouse or children of Malaysia citizen in order to be qualify for applying PR.
