Lani is correct, that first answer is wrong and that guy is stupid.

Pot is marijuana, goof balls is a term that is not used anymore, it is from the 50's, but refers to benzos and barbituates, pep pills are amphetamine pills or now people use Ritalin and Adderall more commonly, horse is heroin and speed is methampetamine.
