I am running Windows XP. My computer hs a voice to do this. I just don't know how to turn it on. Please help.

A very standard screen reader (often used, by unsighted readers, for websites) is JAWS for Windows, available at:

But, think what you're asking...do you really want that?

How will the computer know, for example, to phrase an email question, as a question? It'll read the words, then the punctuation mark! Same for any phrase. Kind of boring. Fetch a copy of the Firefox add-on, called Fangs, which emulates, on screen, the output of JAWS, and you can see, beforehand, what you're going to get. You may not want it, after all.

There are third-party text-to-speech programs. Just search the web.
