please help translate this cooking instruction !

1. A 35 dkg csikokra vagott hust keves olajon eloparoljuk. Hozza-adunk 2-3 kanal mezet, egyutt piritjuk tovabb, mig a mez karamellizalodik.

2. Hozzaontunk 2,5 dl hideg vizet es belekeverjuk a tasak tartalmat

3. Gyakran megkeverve kb. 5 perc alatt keszre fozzuk. Parolt rizzsel talaljuk.

I am not a cook but since it is some kind of canned food it is ok for now I guess.

prepare braised rice OR stewed rice

1. Slice the meat to get stripes. Prestew the meat (heat some oil and stew till the meat loses it's pink or red color)
Add 2 or 3 spoon of honey after that, toast the mixed meat and honey but be carefull don't scorch it.
you can avoid that if you mix it often.

2. Add 0.25 litre cold water and the content of the sac

3. It needs to be boiled 5 minutes to be ready.Mix often as it needs.

You can serve it with braised OR stewed rice.

You might need quality honey. If you don't have honey at home... I would use burnt sugar If I were you.
