all babys are different , my son didnt sleep through the night till he was 3 lol , try feeding the baby a full bottle before bed time, make sure the house is quiet and the baby is comfortable, other then that, she could be going through a growth spurt, teething or could be just starting to stand or discovered something in her room she likes to stare at. when she wakes to make a lot of noise and fuss about her getting up, go over lay her back down , soothe her and walk out the room, if shes hungry feed her, burp her and lay her back down , holding her and playing with her will only make her think hey if i wake up every 3 or 4 hours someone will play with me and entertain me lol .

She should be sleeping through the night by now unless there is a lot of noise, heat, cold, etc.

Most of the time they wake up because they get hungry.

Try feeding her some extra ceral b4 bedtime and see if it helps.

Does she want to eat, drink or play? Knowing why she's waking up will help. If she's hungry or thirsty perhaps she's not getting enough during the day and is hungry at night. Does she want to get up and play? Perhaps she is sleeping too much during the day. Speak to the pediatrician and let him/her know what the pattern is. You should be able to get some good advice.

Put some thick cereal in her bottle to fill her tummy up so she doesn't wake up..my son used to do that. I thicked his sbottle before bed and during the day i sat him in front of the TV watching cartoons loudly so he couldn't fall alseep and would be so tired at night that he wouldn't wake up either. At 10 mths she shouldn't be getting up at all unless she is sick. make sure she is wearing comfortable jammies and her bedding isn't bothering her. give her a bath in the lavender bath stuff it soothes them as well. try and keep her up more during the day and or cut her nap times in half..she may just be sleeping to much during the day.

well since i have a daycare the thing that works for babys here is first give the baby a warm shower then feed the baby and then burp the baby and then put it to sleep but it is natural that the baby gets up in the middle of the night since it sleep the whole day, good luck!

Give her a nice batch at night and also, there's a line of products out that helps babies sleep. Look in the baby lotion section in Wal-Mart and you'll find it.

That stuff works!

You've probably trained her to get up at night by feeding her, or giving into what she "wants". Let her cry herself back to sleep for a few nights. You are going to feel terrible for doing it, but it'll work.

one thing you can do is give the baby a warm bath to relax her. use the johnson johnson bed time bath for her in camillial it will help her calm down when you put her to sleep. my daughter was the same way when she was at that age. another thing that you might want to do before you put her to bed is play with her, read, and sing to her. this way it tires her out and ,make her sleep.

the babe hasn't yet learned to sooth herself. she should be figuring it out now. a litlle less napping during the day and a relaxed baby in the evening usually leads to a more peaceful night.

My sister in Law has a Baby Girl and she wakes Up and Cry's about 27 times a night, the key is to be very Positive about the situation and or stay up that night with th T.V on with little to no volume, watch your favorite show!
