From an atheistic view, it was man that wrote the Bible.

the word is inspired by God through men. God knew what He was doing when He called the men He called to write the bible.

Steve: God wrote the 10 commandments and He commanded Moses to share with everyone else.

Men did not write the Bible. Their pens put it on paper, but God wrote it through them. Divine inspiration.

god cannot hold a pen. it can hold a lightning bolt that can carve words into stone though. the bible is too long to put into stone.
