I noticed this a lot in the workplace and most of them tell each other to go to college like everyone. Other employees have told me to do the same thing. It gets annoying after a while and then they start wondering why you are down and confused. Is it becasue they don't want you at the job for 20 years that pays great or what? Is college the answer to everyone? The employees tell you to do it, then you find out they never went to college and worked at the place for a long time. Why is it like this?

I think they realize that they are stuck at a job due to lack of education. Just thank them for their concern and say that you are considering getting more education later but right now its just not in your immediate plans.
