irritated, It doesnt feel good, generally the feeling is like everything has just ended or ot will. It hurts a lot. Please tell me how do i manage them? Is there anything i can do instantly to start feeling better? Any meditation or technique that could help.
Pls help me, my mother died when i was 10 and my dad doesnt share, i am a loner and suffer social anxiety. I need to get better or else my life is destroyed. Please help me, i am really in need.

first of all be positive that these panick attacks will come to an end one day. dont panick coz, many people hav gone through such things.
secondly take food at right time. take some haemoglobin tonic which will help u to be strong enough.
eat 7 or 8 overnight soaked almonds every morning.
believe me this will definately help u.almonds are good for mental status. u can feel better in a week or two.
if these things dont work there are ofcourse anti depressants, which u can take after consulting ur doc.

Herbal remedies include chamomile tea (get a good quality one - could be called "Calm" or something like that) or 2 puffs of Rescue Remedy. I would try this before you go to a doctor to get yourself onto anti-anxiety medicines which might have strong effects and side effects. Also, before you go to bed (not while driving a car) you can try Valerian tea or extracts. Just be careful not to take too much or take it in conjunction with alcohol.

OK. Fish oil and almond butter are certainly worth a try and will only improve your physical health. Exercise and yoga can be helpful too.

When your brain uses certain pathways a lot, those connections become reinforced both chemically and by producing more neural connections. You want to break those panic cycles now, before they get stronger.

Been there.

Panic attacks suck. I had them on a regular basis for years. I experimented with everything from prescription drugs to meditation to herbal remedies. None of that made any lasting improvements. The only thing that worked for me was taking fish oil capsules. It doesn't work right away. It takes a couple of weeks before you feel any effects. At least that was my experience.
