Where could I find an example of an insurance policy? I know that it would not apply to me, as the specifics do not matter.

1. They have both. There's hundreds of options.
2. Depends on your age and your location. It varies.
3. Varies by the plan. Anywhere from $100 per person to $5000 per person.
4. Sometimes. It depends on the plan. Can be 10% up to 50%.
5. Depends on the plan. Ranges from $5 to $50.
6. Again - depends on the plan. Some employers choose different riders regarding coverage.

All of these questions need to be directed to your HR person at your employer or your agent about the specific plan you're considering. Aetna is a nationwide plan with hundreds, if not thousands, of possibilities. Without knowing if you're shopping this on your own or if it's offered by your employer, it's impossible for anyone here to answer that completely.

Josh ... Aetna is huge operation and offers all of these possibilities. You have to investigate the specifics of the policies that are available to you in your location and through your work and/or affiliations.

try Aetna's website. and your employer's.
