None of them because they will find a way to explain it or say that the universe simply acts in mysterious ways. Just like they explain away any other documented medical miracle.

That's not easy to answer because there could be other reasons for it. For all I know the person in question might be a freak and have the ability to regrow an appendage. I'll admit that's a little far fetched but it's not outside the realm of possibility.
In order to believe such a thing was an act of gawd I would have to be present and see this with my own eyes. I would have to see the person without the limb, examine the missing limb and be satisfied that it's not some kind of trick. Then I would have to see the limb re-grow before my eyes over a matter of a couple of hours/minutes/seconds or just suddenly re-appear fully functional.
Again I would have to examine the regrown limb and make sure that it is in fact a real perfectly functioning limb.
If that happened I'd admit that was supernatural and that it might be the result of a deity. I would not however immediately credit Jeebus with doing so and become a Xian. For all I know it was Allah, Zeus, Odin or something yet unknown that magically regrew the limb.

What did you really expect? When we know that God said anything is possible under the sun, we understand that the spontaneous regeneration of a limb is possible. That is something under the sun. I personally do not believe that there is more than one triune Godhead, that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are the same throughout every nation and ethnicity. Sure there may be different names but I really think they are all the same. Some of these answers refer to not knowing what god to believe in should they see such a miracle. There is but one God, the Almighty, Yahweh, Jehovah, etc. He has different names but He is the same supernatural being regardless. What men have done to God because of man's need for power and control is not God's fault. He will not interfere in that process but He will make Himself known when someone really wants to know Him.

From the answers above..it doesn't look like anyone is going to become a believer even if God heals an amputee and Jesus did his miracles to prove that he was God and so that people would believe..
If people are not going to believe then why do the miracle.. Everyone that goes to heaven gets healed..

If it is undeinably an act of a god without being explainable then I'll acknowledge the existence of gods. This alone would not confirm to me that Christianity is somehow correct though, it could just as easily be any other deity, in fact it's MORE likely to be another deity as the Christian god doesn't heal people.

When I see the limb of an amputee spontaneously regenerate itself without any medical assistance whatsoever, I'll consider believing.
It ain't gonna happen though.

Well if the only thing that could have done it was a prayer, I would certainly take a look at it. But that alone probably wouldn't point to any god in particular.

It would make me believe in God. However, I would still have tons of questions that would need answering. I would not blindly worship him until he explained why he regenerated this person’s limb, but allowed Hitler to kill six million people.

Depends on if it was clearly in violation of the laws of nature.
Then yes, I'd believe that there is something beyond the laws of nature. But not in your version of God. Still no proof for that.

Only if I can watch while he's doing it. And he has to be doing it, not some doctor.
I know if I was standing at the tomb of a dead man (say, like Lazurus) and he made him come walking out of the tomb, that would be convincing enough for me. But again, I have to be there to see it.

If someone suddenly re-grew a limb without any genetic tampering...
Maybe I'd believe in God.
Maybe I'd think it's just magic.
As it's not going to happen, we'll never find out.
