Form seated meditaiton...at night usually.
I just sit. Let go of past, future, and just sit...aware of the present moment. Curious to see how much I am aware...can I feel my hand, my foot, my face...the entire body. Being aware is more kinesthetic than mental.
That is it...not doing anything...just being aware.
But you can walk this way, eat this way...everything. So these days, life is a meditation.

I meditatre whenever I feel the need. But, I do most of my meditation at night. I do a lot of mind-body exercises that are meditative. I focus on my breathing, and I may move my feet a little to relieve body tension, and connect me with my whole body. Also I might tighen and relax my stomach muscles, tighten them when breathing in, relax them when breathing out. This will move me torward a deep state of meditation. I have a lot of reason why I do it that way, but I don't want to go into detail now.

Early mornings, silence, candles, on a cushion, eyes closed. First a physical meditation, then a mental meditation, then a spiritual meditation and finally a universal meditation. 1 hr. every day.

I make sure that I do it everyday, but when varies... sometimes it is in the morning - sometimes on my lunch break - sometimes RIGHT when I get home - sometimes it's not until I go to bed. There's no real ritual I follow, I take several deep slow breaths and sit in a quiet place. I quiet the noise in my mind - which for me can be the hardest part... that's the only thing that stays the same each time... sometimes I just sit in the peace. Often times, I will focus only on bringing the light in and surrounding myself in it. Sometimes I send light out to those in my life that need it. Sometimes I ask for direction and guidence.

Meditate as much as you can because it gets you centered and gives you great relief as well as energy and contentment, also meditate when you get angry so as not to manifest your anger. just sit comfortably and close your eyes, pay attention to your breath, the air from your nose, your chest movement as you breath. or you can concentrate on a mantra as you breath such as the mantra * I am Calm*. when you notice your attention going off your breath then switch your attention back to your breathing stay with it. notice how you feel.

in every waking moment. this is my work on earth, and i go about it with acceptence and respect.
if i want to concentrate on a specific thing, i will sit with my back straight and eyes closed remaining still until i have settled my mind and relaxed my urge to move, then bring a thought forward to work with it in a calm and subtle manner. i will stay this way until i naturally fall out of this state.
