That's Prednisone, and no, it won't get you high - it's a steroid (not the anabolic kind, either).

If its Prednisone you can have fun trying to get high off that. It's not going to happen and just be aware that taking the incorrect dose isnt for your best interest in alot of people Prednisone can cause urine incontinence. Yes your read that correct. Try to get high off it by taking to much and chances are you may "wet" yourself.

Yes the last person is correct it is used for swelling, asthma and things like that but what he said about it not helping can be very incorrect especially if it's an absece and they are trying to get the swelling to go down before they are removing the tooth. It will help some but not with pain so much. it will help with the swelling that is causing the pain though.

no it will not get you high, it is prednisone.. Exactly 10mg.. As other answers have stated it is for swelling, asthma, and allergic reactions, and arthritis..
Be warned taking an incorrect dosage as one other user said can cause urine incontinence, but it is also hard on the stomach. My uncle Merle died from bleeding out of his stomach because the doctors had him on it for to long,so it can cause serious stomach issues.

PREDNISONE (Deltasone(R)) is a corticosteroid. It helps to reduce swelling, redness, itching, and allergic reactions and can be used to treat severe allergies, skin problems, asthma, arthritis and other conditions.

It probably won't help your toothache.
