the first number 36 is her chest size in circumference, using a measuring tape, including breasts.
the second is her waist size in circumference, and the third are her hips.
Me, I am a dog, I like 40 28 38. big boobs and booty!

It is for chest, waist, hips. In inches.
36 24 36 has always been pretty close to ideal. Not sure why, because they don't tell you the heighth too - and it would have to be proportioned. A 5'10" would be thin, a 4'10" would be a bit plump.

36-24-36 is supposed to be the best figure a girl can have.
While I have no idea how you could possibly read a girl's dimensons by just looking at her, I know 36 is bust, 24 is waist (just above the bellybutton), and 36 is hips.

The first number is the size of her back. Average is 34-38. This number does NOT corrolate to breast size. A woman with a 38-A has smaller breasts than a woman with a 34-C.
The second number is the size of her waist. Average is 26-30.
The last number is the size of her hips. Average is 36-40.
