is this normal should i continue to let her play??? do some dogs still are active and playful around their late stages

My chihuahua was at the park with us catching bugs until about 11am. She had her first puppy at 1:30 that afternoon. They don't always nest. Her babies are 9wks old today, and all is well.
I have had dogs that nest for three days, and dogs who don't even realize they are in labor. It can vary.

It is OK to a point just don't let her over do it or don't let her be jumping off anything

i bet shes a younger dog, shes fine let her play, she will settle down when shes ready

don't worry when your dogs needs to rest she will let her play it won't hurt her or the puppies.

she should be fine I have one that is crazy at one minute and then lays down and delivers a pup 5 minutes later.

She should not be jumping, like up onto couches or beds. you should try to keep her from rough playing too.
