Dialectic has hit the nail on the head.

NAFTA has created an environment that perpetuates migration. Many studies both here and in Canada and Mexico have shown since implementation of NAFTA illegal immigration has risen over 70%. That's outrageous. But it's fact.

The only way I can see curbing illegal immigration is to throw NAFTA out the window. Then tell Mexico to start taking care of it's people or we'll place sanctions on them.

As far as those who come from other countries we'd then have the manpower available to go after them full force. Right now we're being tied up taking care of our Southern Border problems.

End NAFTA and we'll virutally wipe out illegal immigration within 2 years according to these studies. And the poor in Mexico will also be able to stay with their families and not risk their lives crossing just to eat.
It sounds like a win win to me.

Legal immigration and honestly wanting to be Americans is fine with me, but illegal aliens just wanting a free ride is going to bankrupt our social services, hospitals, schools, and give new meaning to the ghetto. Our national pride is being undermined by those of low morals and integrity doing what ever it takes to profit from our society so that they can retire in Mexico and not lose their citizenship there. We have no room for financial terrorists and their off spring here. Their dangerous gang elements and uneducated, unskilled rabble. We have too many homeless Americans and hungry children that are truly citizens to extend charity to these people that hate us and our laws. Charity begins at home, something Mexico and other third world countries need to learn. We've given far too much credence to the ACLU, which is supposed to be the Amerian Civil Liberties Union, not sticking their noses into foreign matters that do nothing to benefit our nation. They need to knocked down a few thousand pegs and remember their original purpose! Otherwise, they need to be disbanded. We can't just think of today, the future is looming and it's not pretty!

immigration of people from other country should never be treated as something better than citizens. Immigrants gets more and very quick than people born in that country and this is not right. If they would be treated the same way as all people i don't mind them coming

America is a great nation today because of the immigrants.

Immigration is wonderful and made our country the greatest country in all of history.

Illegal aliens are criminals and we must force our government to force them all out of the country, clarify that babies born to illegals are illegal, secure our borders, and then and only then write a new immigration law that allows quality people to join us as Americans.

Politicians tricked us once again, no politician said in a manifesto:

"Vote for me and I will allow millions of the poorest people on earth into the UK !"

Or: "Vote for me and Islam will establish a multi million UK presence complete with political activists Mosques and all"

As long as the rules set in place are followed then America will still have that promise of a "chance for every body" but when people sneak in it throws off our employment cycle and really mucks things up. People dont understand we have the laws set in place to balance it out to be fair to "outsiders" but remain good to the "locals" but when people sneak over by the hundreds and float over on doors it causes more bad than good.

Legal immigration is what makes this country great. We bring in new cultures and the people who come in want to work and be part of society.

Illegal immigration is ruining our country. Many people can't speak the language, drive without licenses and bog down the school systems with out paying taxes.
