Someone who leaves me alone. If I'm dooing my job, and doing it well, I don't need someone breathing down my neck. Also, I want someone who gives credit where credit is due. My boss takes credit for all our hard work and never even says thank you, but he's the first to point the finger at someone else when he is blamed for something going wrong.

A boss that lets me do my job and is not breathing down my neck. Someone I can actually approach when I need time off without having to cross my fingers. Doesn't watch the clock all the time, and is HOT and likes to flirt.
