Have you ever read Psalms 107? I read that the other night and man what a convicting Psalms. Notice when these people cried out to God and look at how he wished they would praise him. They call out three times, and three times he said, Oh that men would praise him.

Yes. It just shows that we men are never grateful enough to God. We can improve on our gratitude by looking more on what He has done for us than at what we are still expecting from Him. This is also my prayer.
Another lesson is that whenever we call on God He so graciously answers us and saves us from all forms of seen and unseen troubles even though sometimes it may seem that He is so far away but He does all things for our own good.(1) He makes all things beautiful in His own time.(2) His own time is always the best and that is why we as believers must always say to ourselves...." God is good......" and respond "...All the time" and "All the time....." respond "....God is good"

Stay blessed

Our whole purpose in life is to praise our creator. Look at the four being that are at the thrown Each time their eyes behold God, they can not help but bow and say again, HOLY HOLY HOLY< forever and ever. That in its self says so much.

I mean this in a light and jesting way - if a human were to act like that we'd call them needy and egomaniacal. It fascinates me to no end that Jesus embodies such humility at times, it's such a contrast to the way the ancient jews understood God....

Well, I'm saved and I'm not Christian, so sadly my knowledge of the bible is squat. So my answer is no.
