You should seek out a therapist or counselor that you feel safe talking to. Probably a woman also if you are uncomfortable around guys sometimes. We can suppress things in our memory when it is terrible. And that is probably what has happened to you. Maybe the therapist can do hypnosis therapy on you in order to pull up those past memories. That would allow you to discuss them and get past them. What you are describing is no way to live!!! I'm proud of you for choosing to work on this rather than let it eat you up inside!

You need to see a counsellor to help you talk through what happened. These things come back as only bits and pieces to start with, but with help and guidance and in time we start to get flashbacks that give us the whole picture and all the emotions that go with it. When this happens and with the help of the professional we start to work through it and put it away properly, so we can start to move on.
I hope you get the help you need and deserve.

Hon, if you are having such dire issues, please talk with your doctor.. he may want to set you up for a referral to a psychiatrist and therapist.
You may be suffering traumatic issues because of the past, yes. Facing the pain and dealing with the issues, learning good coping skills, and coming to some realizations about your situation, will be helpful.
I hope you get good help.

I wish I could forget some of my past. But since it's interfering with your life you need to seek counseling. Sooner rather than later.
It's not normal to vomit from physical contact with a man.

Maybe start thinking about it before you go to bed - sometimes those thoughts surface in your dreams.
You could also try therapy - that's probably wise either way.
