I cannot believe the stupidity of some people. I frequently go onto the News & Media section on this site. Yesterday my eyes nearly popped out of my head.

I saw that Theo the Wise One had engaged in a seance with other people. He says they were contacted by Madeleine McCann, and when asked who killed her, MUMMYDADDY was spelt out!

This was yesterday and I have only just had the time to answr his question. Of course I warned him against such practices.

If any other believers are reading this, are you able to offer prayers against it and any harm to him?

God bless!

no longer a Christian, however the Bible would not communicate approximately any duty for all family individuals individuals. It talks approximately mom and dad doing this, yet no longer others. you have have been given to recollect the context wherein it replace into written. little ones did no longer challenge their mom and dad or grandparents back then like they do at present. If a discern instructed their toddler they have been to do something, that toddler replace into completely anticipated to do it, regardless of their age. a pair passages which show this... Proverbs 22:6 prepare a toddler in the way he could circulate, and while he's old he won't turn from it. Ephesians 6:4 Fathers, do no longer exasperate your little ones; fairly, carry them up in the learning and preparation of the Lord. The Bible never says you're in charge for everyone's "salvation" nonetheless. It tells Christians to unfold the be conscious, yet no longer that they might desire to badger those with it. returned, the context is significant. That command to unfold the be conscious replace into from a time while Christianity wasn't typical approximately. It replace right into a particular to a minimum of one area. maximum folk alive at present are going to be attentive to complete properly what Christianity talks approximately, so they do no longer might desire to be counseled. they are properly attentive to the full heaven and hell, the Jesus tale, etc. you may desire to tell somebody in the event that they have questions they are able to invite you, yet do no longer push it on them. which will in simple terms push away your loved ones individuals.

This is a joke, right? Prayers can't help people who actually believe this rubbish, or who think a seance is anything more than a farce.

He wasn't really holding a seance. He was being an idiot and trying to get other idiots to laugh at a serious matter.

All sincere prayer requests will be honored. To answer #1 above, I have never heard from anybody who understood so little about the Bible. I'll pray for you, too.

No adult Christian is going to suppose that anyone who anonymously claims to be a Christian is a Christian. Anyone who anonymously claims to be a Christian is almost certainly not a Christian, or is a child.
