my pensi looks li9ke it has spots?

is this normal there like under the skin they look like spots but shorly not there far to many and they apeared when i started puberty i just thought it was they way it grows

i think the thing u need to do is to go and have a STI test as u might have cought something.

sounds like skin cancer I would have it checked out for real

it wouldnt hurt to go to the doctor and have them check it out,,, you might as well.
