Like you I prefer the educational programs. I have 3 yr old twin girls who are only allowed to watch PBS. Sesame Street and Super Readers are excellent programs. Good luck.

My 2 year old daughter watches nick jr. and PBS. So I'm going with those just as others have said. She learns a lot from them too. I'm surprised after she's watched something and then later during the day she'll say something about it. So, I agree with those very much.

Sesame Street or anything on PBS Kids....Disney Channel...Nick Jr...but, I would not go to the Cartoon Network as that is geared for a much older audience and violence is rampant on there.....

Sesame Street and Elmo's World are great for kids that age. Also, Baby Einstein videos and Blues Clues are good shows for little kids.

Noggin, Nick Jr, PBS.
Stay away from Cartoon Network, its for older kids, and the commercials are obnoxious.
