im doing my gcse's in maths,english and computers

will i be able to work in the birmingham city council neighbourhood office..

or do they need somet else...

im already very good at using computers and im working hard to get my gcse in it now...

i want to work at the city council neighbourhood office so that i can help people coz i know the people there dont give a dam....well they didnt give a dam when i needed help...and i think if i go there i can help people more...well better than they already do...

but yet on the side i have dreams of becoming a software designer so i want to do it some way that i can earn some money and help people and do my collage classes in the evening...so how should i go about it....the city council job is very important to me please advise me what i need to do to get a job there..

Find somebody in the government that needs a worker. Talk to an elected politician that needs a rep in the neighborhood.

If you know the right person, you can get hired. It happens everyday.

Connections trump qualifications everyday.

i think of the final element to do is ask them. consult with the HR branch on the council.. As regards getting a activity at a particular web site, that would little doubt count on what vacancies there could be.
