Iv read the book and i believe this to be true.....i think at the moment my man is in his cave and i dont know how to deal with it.
Book says just be patient and give him the space he needs wants/craves etc....but i am not finding it easy to back off. When he retreats like all women i feel the compulsion to be more clingy and i know that this isnt what he needs and definatly isnt the way forward.

Anyone else experience this and have any advice for me when ur man is in his ''cave''..........
thanks for reading x

Do as the book says and let him be. He will come out when he is ready. Just distract yourself with something else.
