Time to move on again?

Nogodian, Have you actually read the Bible? There is amazing poetry, action and all sorts of interesting things in there.
I've been reading it now for 37 years and I'm a lot more creaky than it is, although it is definitely older!! :)
I tried reading it once, before I met Jesus Christ and I could not get into it, it really did seem old and fusty and boring. When I met Jesus it was amazing to me that it "came alive" to me. I have found it so great; at times its even seemed to just light up something I needed to hear at a specific time.

How can you move on? The Old testament tells of the coming of Jesus and the New Testament tells of Jesus' time here and his coming back. The story is not quite finished yet. So again, How can we move on? By the way my Bible is only four years old. I had to get a new one because my son spilt kool-aid on my other one and the pages all turned purple and stuck together. Speak for yourself! I'm very happy following the Old Testament, Jesus was fine with it too.

Morality is never old nor creaky, each civilization that axed their morality code found themselves slaves of a new group of people, or under a few tons of ash from a volcano.

The Bible is God's infallible word whether new or old testament, The word of God is here to stay, you either accept it or reject it, it's that simple.

the new testament still has a few prophecies to be for filled and then we will have Jesus Christ and the rest who did not accept Him will be in the lake of fire

It might be. All the prophecies that need to be fulfilled before Christ's return are in order. That will be the next move and it could be any day now.
