please take him to the vets asap and let the vet know all the symptoms and how long this has gone on, when he vomits and only "water" comes out this is because his stomach is empty and there is nothing to come out.
Don't delay in seeking vetenary treatment your dog can become dangerously dehydrated in a very short space of time.
It is your responsibility as a dog owner to get your animal vetenary treatment when it is required ie NOW
Your dogs welfare must be your first concern no matter what the financial cost

Is this a wind up joke question that simply isn't funny?
You can't seriously have two dogs and a cat, then be so irresponsible that when one of them is so obviously sick, ill and unwell you do NOTHING. Why haven't you gone to the vet? It's obviously something serious, dogs do not go off their food and water, vomit, become listless and have a dry nose for no reason. Are you not concerned? I don't understand people like you. Are you not worried? Are you not worried about the other dog become infected by the same thing? How is telling people its a Jack Russell relevant? It makes no difference what breed the dog is, it's obviously ill go to the vet.

VETS. I struggle so much to understand why when a dog needs medical attention, and its obvious they need medical attention as they are in pain or sick, people come on here and ask a question. Which in the time spent typing this you could have had the poor guy down the vets. Surely this is responsible pet ownership. I can understand it if its a general advice issues such as training or you have already seeked medical aid and that has come up negative. If you had a child that was been sick and showing signs of dehydration you would be at the Dr`s way before now.
Is it just me or does anyone else get so annoyed.

He needs to see a vet early today for some fluids. In the meantime, force feed him some pedialyte or even plain water just a drop or two at a time. Try to get a teaspoonful into him every 15-30 minutes. If he throws it up, then leave him another 10 minutes and start with a drop or two more. Pedialyte is better than water, but any fluid is better than none.

My Jack Russell one day ago was vomiting and having diarrhea. I gave her some fluids and some rice in order to make her feel better. However, her stomach feels bloat and hard, I thought she ate some candy or something like that....She stopped vomiting and the diarrhea, but her tummy worries me...please help! ...also her nose gets dry...

I can't believe you would have a dog in this condition and just "think" he is sick. Do what is responsible and take your dog to the vet now.

I believe your dog needs a vet TODAY he may dehydrate at this rate or he could actually die this is not something to play around with.

Time to go to the vet!! If he has a bowel obstruction its life & death. Call either your normal vet or an emergency vet hospital in your area.

you need to get him to a vets immediatly. how long has it been since he has eaten or drunk? has he had the opportunity to eat anything he shouldnt? he may have something stuck inside him, what the vets call an obstruction. you MUST take him to a vets today,as he sounds very unhappy.it is your duty. good luck.
