The "ultimate" DSLR might be the Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III with 21.1 megapixels. Approximately $8,000.00 for the body -and then you'll need lenses.
Visit a professional camera store and tell the salesperson exactly how you plan to use the camera. Handle different makes and models and see which one "feels" the best in your hands. Then BUY the camera from that store.

Based from your question it seems to me that you're not up for the job yet. If you want to pursue professional career as a photographer, you can start with a film SLR camera and a photography class. From what I see you're still in need of a lot of things to learn about photography.

I agree with Dodol. If you need to ask this question, you're not ready for the job. A pro or person ready for this would already know what they need.
