A system where people are free to trade globally? How could this be a bad thing?

People should be free to move, live, and trade where ever they think best for them selves. This is the best way to lift people out of poverty and end dictatorial regimes.

I think it's more of a bad thing. Globalization helps people contact each other around the world MUCH easier than it did during the good old days. Before, the only way you could realy know how a place looks like was to go there. Nowdays, you can just look on pictures and videos. Even foods, in the past, perhaps the only way to try a dish was to go to the land itself. There were a few goods in markets but they would be expensive. Nowdays, you can go to your local super market and buy something from another land. Globalization is almost everywhere! Even in remote towns in the arctic, you can find Inuit children whatching tv. Globalization is affecting cultures. There is now a massive mix, people from one culture can meet someone from another culture and then share their culture to create a new one. To me, globalization is more bad than good.
