Can't have both. A good guy with very little in the way of financial support or a guy that can buy you anything, but treat you like garbage.

A good guy with no money. You never know, he might get rich someday, but the jerk cant ever change his attitude.

Rich jerk sounds about right :) provided I can suffocate him after the wedding. Ha ha.
Anway, let's face it. A good guy is all goodness. You will be happy. That's guaranteed. And eventually, money will come. The 'rich jerk' may actually be an armed robber or drug baron. Your life could be in danger and all your days will be sorrow. You may see the money and never touch it. You will be ill-treated and despised and insulted and bruised everyday. You will be battered and your mum dragged to the front door when she comes to "beg" him for help. (Remember he is a jerk!). And because he's a jerk, he'll soon gamble away his money, make wrong business decisions, have heart problems from overweight and alcoholism and drugs and stuff, and he'll die, but not before robbing you off self esteem and teaching your kids how to be worse thugs and robbers too.
Anyway, nuff said.

Neither. A good guy with no ambition is just as bad as a selfish spoiled rich jerk who probably isn't very generous anyway or he wouldn't be a jerk, right?? It is much better to remain a single, well educated, self reliant, frugal woman and take care of yourself. Learning that there is no need to make a choice between one nightmare or the other. Taking care of a little boy who is looking for a sugar mommy he can sleep with is not a choice, it is asking for a lifetime of hell with an emotional parasite who constantly wants to play on your sympathy. Just because he hasn't robbed a bank or gone to jail doesn't make him saintly. Men need a full time job and be able to afford a family before he pursues a family life unless he lives with his relatives and they have plenty of room. Perhaps the good guy needs to be introduced to the rich jerk.

I'm in a relationship with a good guy and no money at ALL... lol.... If you've got a good job and you could support both of you in the long run well then it could still work out if things got serious... and if they're not to get serious and its just being together for awhile then i'd rather have that little while happy with a good guy. :) so long as hes not a jerk and moneyless lol

The good guy with no money would be the way to go. The money can be worked for later. And then you have a good guy that was worth working for and with. The rich guy could go broke and then you are stuck with a poor jerk.

A good guy with no money, definitely. I can buy myself things, but I can't buy myself dignity, respect and love. I do have friends who go for the rich jerks though. I don't understand it!

I've had both types.
I'm recently with Guy B (the rich jerk)
and he's about to get DUMPED, money and all.
Money doesn't make the man... you could be the poorest man alive, but if I love you....nothing else matters.

It's easier to find,earn or get money than a good guy.Therefore,all things being equal,it's a safer bet to have a good guy on your side.In any case,a jerk can't retain his money for long or he wouldn't be real jerk..

there is nothing a rich jerk can do for me. give me the broke one anytime, there is nothing to enjoy in being with a rich jerk. wife beaters buy their wives gifts daily...while beating them daily. better to be broke than battered, i rather be with a good man that is broke that will treat me like a million bucks than to be with a rich jerk that has a million bucks yet treats me like a 2 dollar whore. i rather have the good guy that is broke but have the ability to give me all that money cant buy...like....
