vegetables........food that contain fibre.......drink green tea......it refreshes ur skin.......eat healthy foods n not fatty foods........
lots of water.........
even if u r eating meat or chicken n all just make sure u have a routine.........like if today its chicken tomorrow u can hav veg food ........so dat too is a balanced diet.......
anything that keeps u healthy will keep ur skin healthy too.....

Yellow citrus fresh fruits. Papaya, pineapple, oranges, melons.
If you mix some fruit pulp with a dash of honey and apply it on clean facial skin, it will work wonders, trust me.
Besides fruity fruity, indulge in poridge, cereal, high fibre food.
no no to fat/carbs/oil/ghee.
a glass of milk with your ONE fave coookie for breakfast perhaps.

I agree with everyone else, plus you need to make sure you are getting enough Essential Fatty Acids, either in fish or a supplement.

I've heard a lot of people praising soybean products, like tofu, okara, miso soup with tofu bits floating in it, etc. Can't hurt, unless you're allergic to soybeans.
