friend I am doing engineering from IIT kharagpur. before coming here i use to be a very innocent guy. but due to huge stuff of pornography available through LAN , I have became addicted to it. every morning i think i will not watch any xxx movies but my will power break down in a week. I feel very guilty about it. I have tried many things, I offer namaz (5 times daily) read spiritual books, make lot of friends, hobbies, try to keep myself busy but in the night while going to bed my urge for pornography became paramount and i am blown by it.
please pray for me and give me ur valuable suggestion, i will try to follow it.

Bro,i too had the same Problem...now i am alright....its all the dwelling of shaiytaan,,,u offer namaz,,that's great..!thing U start reciting aayatal kursi..it will certainly help...may not in the beginning but in few days....dont sudenly stop seeing that stuff... if u watch 1hr today make it 45 mins tommorow,,,than 30 mins than 20mins....then gradually with namaz ,and aayatal kursi...it will be alright dont FEEL GUILTY>>...it happens..nOw from Today itself...bE A change MAn..COME ON>>>U CAN DO IT...While Wacthing Think of Ur family mother father ,,sister...They Are expecting u do some great thing and Lo ur wasting ur money and ur health...Wat After dying u goota answer allah also...dont forget that...so be in company of islamic boys...and visit graveyard thinkin that u have to come here one day...so u should be prepaid....not with Pornography...but with Pure islamicgraphy...alright...

I had an uncle George who was addicted to not only the pictures you mentioned but the activity as well. 3 wives and 12 kids later he has vowed to remain celebate for the rest of his life and become a enuch. Sexual curiousity is normal but if it is interfering with your work or other life responsibilities I would suggest counseling or a library card to help you refocus your attention to more down to earth priorities before you act out on your mindset and end up with jail time.

This may seem flippant, but I watched a movie called 8mm with Nicolas Cage a while back and it truly and completely turned me off ****. The movie is dark and shows an underbelly of the **** industry and shows how victimized the actors really are in some cases.

Depending on where you are I would try finding 12-Step groups that deal with sexual issues. SA . . . Sexaholics Anonymous is one such group. You also should check out working with a private therapist/psychologist that specializes in ****/sexual addictions.
Addictions are very powerful and you need professional help and support.
You also are well on your way to healing yourself by recognizing your **** addiction has become a problem.

well it is very common problem not only pornography movie....
1) Do five time namaz correctly
2)Read the Quran with meaning
3)after every farz prayer, do zikir Ya Allah, Ya Kabir (the great)
4) Darood sheriff Sallal laahu alaihi wasallam
5)be in wazoo
6)Last but most important fear Allah talah and judgement day
7)ask Allah talah to protect from satarn, it is the satarn work who wants you to pull you down.....
Do Namaz in masjid...............keep your clean that make you come out of the situation
