yes that's possible but I wouldn't suggest it. 2 pounds a week is a lot more of a healthy goal. One thing you don't want to do is make yourself sick by losing weight in order to feel better about yourself, right? Go on a juice fast for starters, 7 days nothing but juice - you will drop pounds fast.

70 kg? It depends on your body type and height. If you're 5'5 and taller, I would suggest you just get healthy :)

As for losing 2.5 kg a week, please think of a more realistic goal. If you starve yourself (like I did in college), your body will think it needs to store fat cells to survive, and you'll wind up fatter. 2 pounds a week is a safer goal. The only way to lose that much weight a week is starvation and extreme exercise, and you'll wind up unhealthy. No point in being thin if you can't enjoy it!

Diets don't work; a full change in eating habits does. Also, moderate exercise at least every other day can help you lose weight at a safe pace. Don't try crash diets; once you go back to your original eating habits you'll just gain it all back. And be careful of pills and surgeries; where I live, one woman took diet pills right before liposuction, didn't tell the doctor, and died.

Please be careful, and good luck! ^_^

That's too much. If you lose weight too fast, you'll get flabby skin. A more reasonable goal is losing .5 to 1 kg. a week. Patience, grasshopper!

Actually, if you are in the Northern Hemisphere, you might try to just MAINTAIN your week until the winter Holidays are over. Exercise, and try not to gain. Starting Jan. 1 (or Jan. 5, depending on your holidays), cut out excess fat, sugar and refined flour products. You should be able to lose pretty well, then. And you'll have the exercise habit down pat by then.

That's a high target, healthy weight loss would be an average of 1kg per week and will tend to stay off longer. Anyway, as a healthy nutritious dieting aid, try Red Dragonfruit. It is a natural detox and laxative and will aid weightloss. Ensure you drink plenty of water, balance your protein and carbs (reduce carbs), limit yourself to two pieces of fruit a day, no soft drinks and no fruit juice (too high in sugar). Only drink black coffee or tea (don't add milk - it will slow your metabolism). Breakfast is important. A protein breakfast will balance your blood sugar levels, curb your appetite, take you through to lunch without hunger pangs and reduce carb cravings. Good luck!

If you want to reduce your weight, you need to do a lot of exercise to accelerate your metabolism. It's better if you do cardiovascular exercise, because this kind of exercise helps you burn fat...

You should begin with a good eating plan, combining fats and sweets with fruits and vegetables. It will be better if you drink at least eight glasses of water daily to control your calories and your cholesterol.

If you want you can use some pills to control your weight and to accelerate the process of burning fat.

I know some pills which you can use to reduce your weight. Those pills are Xenical. Its results are excellent and fast.

Its unhealthy to lose more than 1/2-1kg a week, if you drop the weight too quickly your metabloism will slow down and when you eat food you will burn it off slower therfore losing less weight.
