I live in Maryland and my son really wants to work really bad and he's a really hard worker.?

He's a really hardworker and he cant see to get a job because everyone keep turning him down.

I would turn a person away from a job if there goal was to work really bad.

I only want qualified workers who want to work very well.

He may just be a little rusty at job interviews. Tell him not to smile to much and to mann up.
