I have not got enough money for that now so I am putting it off for a while. My problem is I hurt my foot and have been walking with crouches now my hernia bump/lump is sore and I have been having constipation aswell is that related in anyway to the hernia. My pain is not constant but more when I move sertain ways or walk with the crouches. What do you think I should do.

i had hernia repairment surgery, although mine was not a ventral hernia. I have never heard of constipation being related to a hernia. You need to go to a specialist, it's inevitable. I'm sorry to say it, but it will just keep hurting.

I would recommend seeing the specialist and during the course of the visit ask about non-surgical options because of your financial situation.
