Does anyone else have kids who are above their average height level?
My son is two but most people confuse him to be a minimum of three, and then they get worried about his development lol.
Does anyone else get stuff like this?
(I'm not ranting, it doesn't bother me, because I quickly explain that he's just very tall for his age, but I do think it's funny).

My middle daughter frequently was in the 90th percentile or higher for her height and weight. A couple times was even off the chart. She had a great desire to keep up with her older sister and brother so she was ahead in some milestones (walked at 10 months and talked sentences at 14 months), but a bit behind in others (fine motor skills and coordination took a bit of work). She was pretty late in potty training and it took some bribing before she was finally potty trained about 3 1/2 - people were often aghast to learn she wasn't potty trained yet since they thought she was about 5. In our state, the cut-off age for kindergarten is turning 5 by Dec. 1. Her birthday is Nov. 12. So, I sent her to kindergarten at 4 because she was ready and chomping at the bit to go. She did have some struggles and worked hard at cutting and writing, but for the most part you couldn't tell the difference between her and the kids that were kept back a year. Even being younger, she was still often the tallest or one of the tallest in her class. By high school, she slowed considerably in growth and is now 5 feet 8 inches - not nearly as tall as we thought she would get to be. She will be 23 on Monday. Her best friend since 5th grade is more than a year older than her (having an October 26 birthday and wasn't sent to K until she was 5, nearly 6) even though they graduated high school together. My daughter has always been mistaken for being older than she is. She has admitted to using that to her advantage now and then! My kids are 28, 26, almost 23, and 10. When we are all together, many people think she is the oldest of my kids.

My son is tall for his age too, he's only 1 so there hasn't been any funny looks, but my husband as well as a cousin if mine were both very big for their age, and their mothers often got "dirty" looks from strangers when their over sized boys were simply acting their age in public....

I think it is fine...I have a 13 year old girl that is 5'7" and weighs 120 pounds....she hates being so tall, but I always tell her that sometimes it is a good thing to stand out in the crowd.
