No.....but citrus contains LOTS of vitamin C.
Jessica-----There are hundreds of people a day who post on here looking specifically for "magical" weight loss pills. They DO NOT exist. (Even the ones that are sold "over-the-counter" in most grocery/drug stores? A waste.
The ONLY way to lose weight is through DIET and EXERCISE. There is no easy, fast or exercise-free way to do it.
You need to get rid of ALL the junk and fast food. And no sodas that contain sugar---diet sodas only.
Get healthy foods and make sure you have the correct portions. Even healthy food can make you gain weight if you eat too much of it. And you must exercise for at least 1 hour a day. (If all you can do is walk briskly, that's PERFECT. As you lose weight and start toning those muscles, you'll not only get thinner, but you'll have muscles in the places where you used to have only FAT. You can do it!
Believe me, if there really was a weight-loss product out there that actually worked......I'd know about it.

No, however if it is a drink of choice which substitutes for a fizzy drink like coca cola then yes obviously because its less calories. About two years ago I lost one and half stone in about 9 months, I was drinking a mug of hot water first thing, then having breakfast with tea and in the afternoon I cycled on a static bike for a minimum of 20 minutes each day. Usual old story only a well balanced diet and exercise will do the trick. Good luck with you regime hope you find a way that suits you. ;-)

Lemon juice in warm water, especially first thing upon waking, will kick start your metabolism, detox your liver and will aid in weightloss. (Forget the lime!). Also, be careful not to brush your teeth for about 20 minutes after drinking - Lemon is acidic and can damage the enamel of your teeth, waiting 20 minutes will mean you are not brushing away the enamel.

Hi Jessica be careful lemon and lime are citrus, and anything citrus can and will increase your appetite, just stick to good nutritious foods, plenty of fresh veg, lean chicken and fresh fish and fruit, wholemeal bread, steam your veg, and your chicken and your fish, baked potatoes are good for you very filling and good source of fibre, tuna and spring onion are a good filling for baked potatoes, skimmed milk is a must to help lose weight, and of course you need to exercise a little more than you do now to increase your bodies metabolism and you will succeed I am sure of it, good luck take care regards jonnyguitar .

No,no, no the world will be slim by now. Do some excises, Change you diet (no take aways) try to prepare your on fresh food. try not to focus on your weight, drink 8pints of water a day, have more fruit and vegetables.

The only way to lose fat (not counting surgery or liposuction) is to take in less calories than you use. That's it. Don't eat so much and exercise more!! It's not about dieting it's changing your long term life time eating habits.

Try root ginger, honey and lemon! It won't make you lose weight but it helps fasten your metabolism :-)
