A big fat bar of Galaxy. I think it's only well known in the UK but I'm not 100% so don't quote me on that. I have an inkling that it is called Dove in the US.
Unfortunately, I'm not eating chocolate for a few months to try and lose a few pounds, I've been clean for 3 days now, woo hoo!

Dark and bitter chocolate - of any brand
and
liqeur chocolate from Holland
and
marzipan
the last two are very bad for your health (because of the sugar content).
Hope that the 1st one belongs to the "good chocolate"

the grades of chocolate can be confusing. i like chocolate that contains at least 74% cocoa butter. the more cocoa butter a chocolate contain, the more it will melt easier at your fingers, and in your mouth. there are many brands, but you still need to read the fineprint. chocolates that contain homogenised oils and other vegetable oils are not chocolate to me, they are cheap imitations of the real thing.
i use callebaut in my baking, cooking and eating.
