It could. But if it is kept up too long or you keep going even though she is pleading to stop- it won't. You should be a little careful because tickling actually works on the same sensors as pain. Too much of it and the fun little foreplay game can turn on you

Not anymore than a gentle kiss. Many guys don't know how to tickle. My honey tries all the time but fails because I'm not ticklish.
