Look who he hung about with - theives, prostitutes, lepers - and treated them as he would any other human being.
I think the seeing of sin in others is a fault - certainly not a virtue - of his followers - definitely not his.

He saw sin in others. He actually did tell people when they were sinning.
Didn't you ever read the story about the woman who had had five husbands, and was then living with a man who wasn't her husband? Jesus called her out on it, told her she needed to quit, and forgave her.

You think about it. Your question doesn't make sense. Why would Jesus have a need to die for "sins" that He did not see. He came to die for all sins. Even for people who call people "hypocritical bigots".

He definitely saw the sin in others. He remarked to the woman at the well that though she'd had many husbands she was not married, a comment on her immorality and adulteries, and he pointed out that the men about to stone the adulteress were no better morally than she was. So he saw sin, he just forgave it.

Jesus did see the sin in all. He still died on the cross for our sin.
What He didn't do was to judge harshly those that were sinning. Example, they brought the woman CAUGHT in adultery and said, "The Law says we are to stone her, what say you?"
Jesus was writing on the ground. He looks up and says, "You who are free from sin, cast the first stone."
Basically, He's saying. It's fine if you want to stone, but only a sinless person can cast a stone at another person justly...
The oldest to the youngest dropped their stones and walked away. To examine it further what Jesus was pointing out to them is that NOT only were they equally sinners, they were unjust in their execution of sentence. WHERE WAS THE MAN???
When Jesus looks up from his writing... He turns to the woman and says "Where are your judges?" (essentially) She says to Him, "they're gone..." He says to her, "Neither do I judge you, go and sin no more."
He did not condemn her, but rather gave her forgiveness and a second chance.

As I understand it, Jesus knows that we are all born into sin, and he has compassion on us. Just as when he walked the earth. After all, He came to save sinners, not the faithful.
Mark 2:16 And when the scribes and Pharisees saw him eat with publicans and sinners, they said unto his disciples, How is it that he eateth and drinketh with publicans and sinners?
Mr 2:17 When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

The only way to "see" sin is to pass judgement. My understanding of the level of consciousness attainded by Jesus, is that it is very unlikely he spent energy judging others. His efforts seemed to be teaching principles by which people interested in doing so could improve their lives and thus their destiny.

"But Jesus continued, "You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world. I told you that you would die in your sins; if you do not believe that I am the one I claim to be, you will indeed die in your sins."
