she figured out she made a mistake but likes the feeling while having sex so she doesn't care about the mistakes as long as she gets the sex.

My advice,, as great as sex is... wait.
Ok, you sound like you are in HS.. or your friend is.... Here is the deal, the best thing to do is wait.. right now at the age of 14-17 sex is not really great,, there is a lot more as you grow and your body grows..
To answer your question,, when I was 16 I couldn't wait, and when I did, I wanted to all the time,,, but it was just the act of it,, it never was the true feeling.. when I went to college, and as I am older, sex is more exciting and fun, and intimate,, not just an act. Trust me the older you get, the better it is, and it is better to wait.
If your friend had sex and the guy just walked away,, she was used.. so now he will say " I got with her " to her it may have been something wonderful,, but to a guy it is just a thing... the best thing to do is wait, for someone to love you and make it exciting and special,, not just a fling... although flings can be fun, but you have to take the risk, it is only a fling. You/she needs to be very careful, these days there are diseases and you take a risk of getting pregnant, then where will the guy be.
Your friend repeated the same mistake, because she thought that he was interested the first time,,, she got played.

Okay for me I really thought the guy liked me and it turned out all he wanted was sex but I loved his attention and I did again...it was a big mistake and I regretted but sometimes you need someone's attention that you don't care and I guess thats what happened with me it just took a while to realize what was really going on. But everybody makes mistakes and if you accepted it then I guess its a thing of the past. It just that sometimes it feels good to be needed, and well she didn't know you then so you can't really hold it against her.....

Yeah I did, I lost my virginity at 13 to a guy that I thought I was gonna spend the rest of my life with.. Well we all know how that turn out. It was hard on me to trust another guy for years after I was with him that one time. I learned that a real man who cared would love just spending time with me, not always trying to get in my pants. It took some time but I realized after months of being with my man that that was what true love was and I felt safe again. I would just be there for her, NEVER push her to do something sh doesn't want to do, and just do everything in your power to shower her with your love.
