Well, if you mean by blood "used up" you are referring to old RBC's (Red Blood cells, which transport oxygen to cells and remove carbon dioxide) They are filtered out by the Spleen. They are ultimately broken down and most of the components are ultimately released in the urine. In fact, the yellow color of urine is the breakdown product of hemoglobin, the molecule that transports oxygen.

Other componants have other fates. WBCs (White blood cells) are responsible for fighting infection. They usually end up being broken down and reabsorbed by the body. Some end up as pus. . .

The majority of the blood is fluid, water, a few chemicals, nutrients to be used by the body such as glucose. Much of the water generally gets filtered out by the kidneys. If something is in the blood that is a waste product, it is detoxified by the liver and excreted in the urine as well. . .

I know a lot of it ends up becoming bile and is stored in the gall bladder.
