Yes, I believe all people are psychic and that all have the potential, with training, to uncover hidden truths. Some may be more "gifted" in this than others just like some athletes are great runners. Other's prefer playing darts and don't have much of a knack for running.
At the same time, the future is off limits. While predictions can be made and certain universal tides and lessons are inevitable, the details of the future are up to the individual. In other words, you determine your future and being psychic has very little to do with making predictions and more to do with detecting energy currents and trends.

Im a psychic of over 20 years standing. It isnt all about predicting the future, quite often it is about the here & now.
Psychic ability is natural.
Ask you freinds if they have any recomendations, go to someone whom you feel drawn to. Ask spirit, if your meant to be directed to a psychic councillor then you will do.

if a ball falls from a bulding rooftop it doesn't take a rocket surgeon to know it's going to hit the ground. yes there are variables ( a bird could grab it ex.) but still...
there have been people over the years who have "predicted" the future, prophetic dreams etc....
The future is unwritten and destiny and fate play a role but the path that you follow is not always clearly marked but in the end we all end up in the same awareness and that is that time doesn't really exist after all
Be Here Now, no worries for the future no regrets for the past.

The ability to predict the future would require that the future is fixed. However, there are so many interacting variables that literally anything can happen, and any accurate prediction would be impossible. For example, the future would be different if I hadn't answered this question...
Do I know any good psychics? No, but I've seen a few competent charlatans.

I know of several good and ethical psychics. Most of them are not the type to advertise their abilities widely though.....
HOWEVER, that being said, for the one who said that all of these abilities are from evil sources, I defy them to say that of all of the prophets that they honor in their religion who DEMONSTRATED these abilities or to show that the Oracle at Delphi or the Roman Sybils were inaccurate in the main

There was a lady who claimed to be a god psychic near my house. One day as I was passing by her home/business, I saw a sign in her window that said...

Anyone who charges you for "psychic" services is totally taking advantage of you being gullible. These frauds prey on people's needs to find meaning in their lives and they are fake, just saying general crap that you want to hear. The "good" ones are good at reading people and they adjust what they say accordingly. True psychics don't charge so please don't waste your money on ones who do.

True psychics exist. They are able to tell you things about your past which only you could possibly know. This done through demonic powers. They cannot tell the future but can make a good guess.
