Use face washes that have exfoliants like St. Ives face wash. It's cheap too. BTW, stop picking your face! You'll scar up.

The best way to remove acne is just to wash your face with soap and water two times a day with a warm washcloth but do not scrub hard. Once in the morning and once at night. DO NOT pop pimples and zits...it could be really tempting...but don't! It will only make it worse and probably could leave a scar. You would have a better chance of removing acne from your face if you just wash it and make sure its not exposed to a lot of dirt and oil.

Get a gentle DAILY (make sure it is a daily not a once a week one) Exfoliating scrub. Its like a normal cleanser but with micro beads. Use it every morning and moisturise at least twice a day as well as using your normal cleanser at night. And they will disapear. And never squeeze them because you are pushing more germs in and end up causing more then what you started with.

Use exfoliators! I use the Equate apricrot scrub (At wal-mart) and it has completely gotten rid of my blackheads. Also, at Ulta are these small scrubby pads for the face that make the face REALLY smooth. After doing that, use a liquid face soap with at least 2.0% salicylic acid. Also, go to the dermatalogist, they have excellent German-made steel tools to get rid of blackheads. GOOD LUCK!

Blackheads are extremely difficult to get rid of.
Washing your face regularly with a very gental cleanser makes a big difference but its very ongoing. If you stop they come back.
Its got alot to do with your skin type and the oily zones are where blackheads will form.

Cleanse your face with unboiled milk, gently rub a coarse cloth dipped in milk to remove the blackheads. Steam your face with herbs like lavender, lemon peel and mint leaves added to the water and let the skin soak up its goodness. First, wash your face, rinse it off and pat dry.
Now,
Take the white of one egg (toss the yellow away)
Beat it until it is frothy (use a blender or a fork)
Apply it to your nose... use your fingers or a brush to do this.
Let it dry (takes about 10 minutes at least)
Note: You can use a hair dryer to dry it a little if you like)
Last, use a clean wash cloth and water to clean it off of your face.
Good luck!

Try washing your face with warm water, then put moisturizing cream on your face and the blackheads, after that try gently squeezing the blackheads out, but make sure when you do
these things you have clean hands.
Good Luck!

If you go to a dermatologist, they can prescribe you something to decrease your black head problem. The good news is, you will probably outgrow it. I did, and I had it really bad too.
