I was looking on youtube and came across this interesting video which I agree with. It is called "how to convert an atheist"
Part 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_rqUsC2KsiI
Part 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4qmcOG-na4E&NR=1
It is a video about what an atheist would need to convince them to convert to theism. At the start the presenter requests theists to respond with a similar video about what it would take to convert a theist, but I was unable to find any such reply. So I thought I would open up the question here. All I am interested in hearing is what different theists would require to change their beliefs.

Note: I am not (I repeat NOT) actually interested in converting anyone, so don't take offense to this question. If you do not feel comfortable answering the question, then don't. There is no need to write anything abusive here. There should be no slandering of either belief (theism or atheism) in any of the responses.

didderji...: The presenter of the video did not make the video so that you would go and convert him. I am just intrigued and curious to discover how other people view this universe we live in. I am not here to say anyone is right or wrong, but the more I discover from others the better I can understand this world.

Big D.: "I can not be converted to atheism" What about converting to another form of theism (ie Judaism to Hinduism)?

Most theists here are not going to admit that it's possible to convert them. That mere admission would itself be an admission that they don't actually believe. It's a nearly inescapable mental trap.

It is an impossible task. I can not be converted to atheism.

I did not know that I was going to enter into this reality before I did so. Logic tells me that I will wake up in another reality since there is now precedence for that.

Well I know about Judas Iscariot. He betrayed Jesus Christ to his enemies. The way to convert a theist to atheism is simply for that person to stop believing in what Jesus said of himself that he was the Son of God.

Atheists like really rational/proovable things and, to totally genralize here, theists respond better to emotional.
So maybe to convert a theist one would need to employ some heart warming tactics.

You say you are not interested in converting anyone but you are asking how to convert them. I'm confused?
