Oh, oh, I want to see a cogent explanation as to why:
an Intelligent Designer would insert a useless, atrophied organ into human beings that would in some (entirely random) cases gather poisons and then explode internally, causing painful death.
an Intelligent Designer would develop an immunity to a disease (malaria) that was genetically carried, wherein if one parent had the gene you were safe, but if both parents had the gene, the child would live in excruciating pain and then die.
Because these things make sense within Evolutionary Theory, but sort of blow up ID all to hell.

They should have a giant chart that shows the overwhelming majority of biologists in the United States who reject Intelligent Design and support evolution.
