Modern geology (age of earth and geological timescales). Astronomy/astrophysics (distance and nature of "heavenly" bodies), though it may not have much to say about that. Much biology and genetics e.g. "the virgin birth".
There are probably more, but I gave up reading the bible when I saw how silly it all was.

That's a huge question that really asks nothing but seeks to incite hatred for Islam. You could have used less characters to tell others you hate Muslims. You are too smart to be asking questions of anyone and you are a dictator by attitude so why should any Muslim want to debate his/her personal belief with you. Islam is the Quran and the Quran answers all it's critics and there isn't any question that you can ask Quran that is not already answered by Quran. The Quran cites you as making mischief in the Earth while you claim that you only want to make peace. You have proved your insolence by your question or your example. Allah states in Quran that the non-Muslim has no understanding and you are leaning on your own misunderstanding and the Bible calls you a fool for this and the Bible agrees with the Quran. You are of those who cannot imagine how ignorant a dictator you are when you expect that Muslims are fools to fall under your ignorance. Muslims will be wasting time trying to debate with you when you have no belief and you do not understand the meaning of belief and you do not know the difference between belief and brain-wash. My advice to you is that you need to do some serious questioning of yourself and do some real research before you choose to tackle Muslims as if you are another man-God like Jesus. And you have no idea who Jesus is even if you are Christian and study the Bible for Jesus belongs to a Roman Crucifixion Hoax that started 2000 years of Religious Fraud that the Quran confirms, and the Bible agrees with the Quran 100%. Amen and Allahuakbarr! What's your question again?

Funny thing is, EVERYTHING in natural science that contradicts creationism is refered to as "evolution" by the Bible-thumpers. Now, perhaps a more sensitive statement would be that a literal interpretation of the Bible contradicts evolution, but that's not the point.
In addition to biological evolution, there is the billion-year age of the earth(as opposed to six days before Adam), there is the million-year age of our current species (as opposed to four thousand years from Adam to Jesus), there is the billion year age of our universe, there is the fact that the earth(created on day 3, I think) came out of the sun (not created until day 4).
One other thing, the billion-year age of the earth is based on radiometric dating, but even before radiometric dating, geologists knew that the formation of things like mountains would have had to take at least millions of years, so that's actually two independent areas of science contradicted. Also, I'm not sure if all Bible literalists accept the four thousand year geneology from Adam to Jesus. I don't think that's actually in the Bible directly.
Oh, and to respond to three of the Bible thumpers who answered:
J D: evolution is a scientific theory. It is based on repeated observations (multiple observations of DNA patterns in several organisms, and multiple fossils found and studied), as well as experiments (involving the function of different parts of our DNA, and physiology).
BLAH! : Believers in evolutin don't worship it, any more than we worship quantum mechanics or Newton's law of gravity. Yes, it came from people, just as the laws of chemistry and thermodynamics did. We study nature and we make deductions about it based on the evidence.
Andres: We also don't have "faith" in evolution. We don't need faith because we have empirical evidence. And yes, there is always more to science than meets the eye. That's what makes it so fascinating. Have you actually studied it from a neutral point of view?

I like your question... if I had read the Bible I just might have an answer- I got one!! The great Flood. The is no possible way to flood the whole Earth- or even get 2 of every animal on a boat for that matter.

The Bible is a combination of myth , ancient law and a sort of propagandized history. It has nothing to do with science and of course the people who wrote it , or transcribed what other people had passed down to them over the centuries, lived in a world where ignorance, myth and superstition were real and ordered their lives and intellectual capacities.. So not surprisingly -the Bible & science have nothing to do with each other.

I don't think it contradicts it. One day in the Bible could reprsent millions of years. You can believe in evolution and still believe in the Bible, as I, along with many of my other Christian friends, do.

So you believe in the "scientific discovery" of evolution huh. Have you seriously studied evolution from a neutral standpoint? Before deciding to put your faith in it? I think you should. And if you do, you'll discover that there's more than meets the eye.

When you read the Bible the same way the ancients did - who understood Genesis to be allegorical - the Bible no longer contradicts evolution.
However, people don't walk on water or rise from the dead, so it's indicted on other counts.
