I would like to open a factory that manufactures blank videos, VCR head cleaners, flatscreen TV/VCR/DVD player combos, blank audio cassettes, CD/audiocassette deck combos, video cameras, to cater to those that still like the formats, selling them to stores to sell. How do I open such a factory, which I hope to progress into a chain? Thanks.

Based on your question, I don't think you have a clue as to where to start.
You need experience in this field both on the job and education wise, investors, land, government permits to build your factory, trained people in manufacturing technologies and a but load of money.

You obviously have no clue what is involved, but I do hope you have tons of money.
Assuming you have the money, you hire and pay people who have done it before and maybe they will do it for you.
